About Me


MY APPROACH


I offer compassionate and engaging talking therapy for the diversity of cultural backgrounds, spiritual beliefs, sexual preferences and political opinions that step into therapy.


I hope to facilitate you to challenge yourself towards fresh choices with the material that you are bringing. My approach is creative, using a variety of experiential activities and a mix of therapeutic methods. This is an ‘Integrative’ approach, blending various ideas to support you in your venture into yourself. 

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE


I have been practising for over 10 years, working in the not-for-profit sector. I delivered for the NHS IAPT service at Oasis Talking Therapies (2018-22) and lead a counselling service for Second Step into 2023. Prior to this I provided sessions at the Swan Project Bristol, a drug and alcohol recovery service(2016-18). I began my career providing psychodynamic psychotherapy as a Junior Therapist at The Koan Project London (2013-16). I now work solely in my private practice which has been active since 2019.
